sleep happens in cycles. Starting with deep sleep, and ending in REM (where most dreams happen), and repeating approximately every 90 minutes.
Earlier cycles have more deep sleep than REM, and later ones have more REM and also have lighter and shorter deep sleep
feeling minuscule in comparison to the size of the universe

I have multiple dreams and I can remember multiple dreams although all the details of them aren’t fully remembered and the memory does away quickly after waking
which is why before the advent of the 9-to-5 workday you used to read stories where people would get up in the middle of the night to talk to their neighbors or whatever
So like for me when I wake up around 6 I still feel horrible but if I go to sleep more late I feel better so the less sleep I get somhow make me feel better it's hard to explain

I usually go to sleep at 10-11 and wake up at 6 and I feel horrible but if I go to sleep around 12-1 I will wake up at 6 and feel better even though Im getting less sleep
